Privacy on this website

This page covers www.avahevidence.com only. The Avah Evidence service has its own privacy notice, given to customers with their agreement.

What this website collects

Nothing about you, by design. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, has no analytics and no forms, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers: the pages, the stylesheet and the videos all come from this site.

Like any web server, the hosting provider that serves these pages processes your IP address and the request itself in order to deliver them, and may keep short-lived technical logs to keep the service secure. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

If you email us

If you write to the address on this site, we use what you send — your name, address, company and message — to reply and, if you ask for one, to arrange a walkthrough. We keep it while the conversation is useful and then delete it, and we do not sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Who we are, and your rights

This website is run by AvahTech, which builds Avah Evidence. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@avahevidence.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
